Brighton is blessed with many different yoga
classes offering different syles of yoga and catering to all levels of
experience....From Hot yoga to Astanga to Scaravelli, the choice can be
bewildering, so how can you find a style of yoga and teacher that best
suits your current needs? In addition many of the classes you will find
are taught on a course / term to term basis, making it necessary for
you to sign up for a series of classes. This makes it even more
important to find a class you will really enjoy and benefit from on a
longer term basis. The solution?.......
Come and try a yoga class for free.

Many of my students
really love the class and recommend it to their friends, but is it
right for you? Who knows? You are very welcome to telephone me to ask
me specific questions about the class and there is more detail about
the classes on this website, but the best way to find out if you would
like to come on a regular basis is to come and try a class....for free.
No strings attached.
If you are a complete beginner and have been thinking about trying yoga for the very first time, the early class that runs from 18:30 will be best for you. Dont put it off any longer come this week if you can.
If you have been practicing yoga for some time and need some fresh inspiration then chances are you will appreciate the 1.5 hour class that starts at 19:30
